This is connected to product changes on the customer's side, processing component change information on the manufacturer's side, and their subsequent transfer to the customer.

    What is your favorite Enics value & what does it mean to you?
    The most important Enics values for me are Innovation and Responsibility.

    Innovation: The willingness to always challenge ourselves is a must in the present time. Change is very important and always gives us the opportunity to refine and learn something new.

    Responsibility: Everyone has to be aware of his personal responsibility and assume responsibility for his own tasks. Moreover, all departments should support each other as best as possible.

    In my opinion, all the other Enics values are basic requirements to lead a successful company.

    What is your daily job like?
    In my position I work with many different parties, be it internal employees from different departments, other Enics BU’s, or customers and suppliers. This is something I like, and it is exciting and challenging.

    Together with my team I am responsible for the care, improvement, and development of the manufacturing plants and processes. We determine how to best manufacture our product and prepare the needed manufacturing documents. It is our job to find solutions for our customer’s requirements and to be aware of the current trends and how their development proceeds. I’m leading the team and motivate them, but we make joint decisions and also support other departments with production questions.

    What do you like about working at Enics?
    I have been working at Enics for 4 years and I appreciate the varied and diversified tasks. I like that I can bring in my ideas, implement them and can engage myself locally and globally. I value the open and constructive collaboration among the employees. In my opinion having a good working atmosphere is very important to enjoy work. I really can identify myself with the values of Enics.

      My favorite value is “Customer”. For me it is one main point to have a good and professional understanding what the customer needs are and to identify their requirements. The customer cannot know how we can fulfill their requirements and solve their problems. Therefore we need a deep understanding of our customer to give them the best support and build partnerships.

      What is your daily job like?
      My daily job is a mix between preparation to approach new customer and markets, customer meetings to present Enics and our services and work through the customers’ tasks with several teams in the BU’s of Enics.

To satisfy our customers with good quality, to be innovative and constantly learn something new, and to develop myself and thereby become more successful are very important to me.

        What is your daily job like?
        Each day begins with an overview of the pending orders and setting priorities. Since I’m an IPC and repair specialist, every day is different: for example, I’m working on prototypes, making various repair orders or work in assembly. The rotating shift schedule makes my work very varied.

        What do you like about working at Enics?
        I appreciate that I always have varied tasks and the possibility to attend trainings to develop myself in my job. This also gives me new opportunities within my department. Furthermore, we have an open feedback culture and I can bring in my personal opinions and exchange them with my colleagues and superiors. Since I’m experienced, I train new employees and I like sharing my know-how and experience.

        I have been working for Enics for 26 years so the company feels like a second home. We have a good working atmosphere and I like going to work every day. At Enics Turgi we have 15 different nationalities and I like the diversity and exchange with my colleagues. When there is a problem at work we always find a common solution.

                  I like all of Enics’s values. From my point of view my favorite is innovation because I can develop my department, make suggestions, and thereby offer the best service and respect for our clients. Under respect, I mean the absence of an internal hierarchy in the company; all human beings are equal and all are treated with respect as well. Customers are, by default, the most important element.

                  What is your daily job like?
                  My daily job is mostly a day full of surprises spiced up with some of the routine reports and tasks that need to be done. Usually I have a thousand ideas in my head about what can be changed and made better. I`ve already started implementing some of my plans and my daily work is mostly drawing up the plans I started and searching for potential partners whose help I need to carry out the plans. My cooperation partners are my colleagues from Elva and other Enics factories. I have had a great deal of help from Poseidon Global Process Owners. Also, there is a lot of communication to support other colleagues. With regard to the internal movements of people, I´m currently working on the processes and teaching others.

                  What do you like about working at Enics?
                  I like my colleagues, the management culture of Enics’s Elva factory, and the attitude of the company's employees. I love that I get to have a say and develop areas, even in those not directly related to the fields I’m working on. After 9 years of working in this company I must say that I still have a sparkle in my eyes. I love my work!

                    From the position of the person responsible for finance/control, I would like to highlight CUSTOMER values with a focus on building long-term partnerships. I believe that a customer who is satisfied with the services provided is willing to pay for them and increase the volume of business or bring in new projects.
                    But my favorite term is INTERNAL Customer. For Finance in the BU it is the group and management team who require on-time and accurate reporting, CFT leaders who require analysis of KPIs at the account level, and I have to add that Finance is also an Internal CUSTOMER for our colleagues.

                    What is your daily job like?
                    To manage and maintain finance and control on the BU level.
                    Besides reporting and analyzing KPIs, keeping fixed costs under control and managing cash flow, we have to fulfill our legal requirements and communicate with financial institutions (banks/factors /insurance/financial auditors/tax office…).
                    The quality of the data and accounting is key to our work, and I am very proud that we have put together a very motivated and professional Finance team in Nova Dubnica.
