Som inköpare har du en nyckelroll i vår supplychain process! Du ansvarar för att rätt komponent är hemma i rätt tid och till rätt pris, och ger på så sätt hela vår verksamhet förutsättningarna för att ge våra kunder bästa möjliga service.

Detta innebär exempelvis att proaktivt analyseramaterialtillgång, hantera order och orderbekräftelser och genom dagligleverantörskontakt säkerställa att materialet kommer vid rätt tidpunkt. Arbetetinnebär mycket kommunikation, förutom med dina leverantörer även internt; medproduktion, med de som arbetar i kundgränssnittet och med projektorganisationen.

Arbetsuppgifter

Arbetet som maskinoperatör innebär i huvudsak att styra och övervaka en eller flera datorstyrda maskiner som producerar våra produkter kretskort. Som maskinoperatör arbetar du med att planera körningar för att utnyttja tillgänglig maskinkapacitet och minimera stillestånd. Det innebär bland annat att övervaka materialtillförseln till maskinerna samt åtgärder av olika störningar.

Du hör till ett skiftlag bestående av materialhanterare och maskinoperatörer. Du kommer att börja som materialhanterare för att lära dig processerna och sedan övergå till rollen som maskinoperatör.

Om dig

För att passa i rollen som maskinoperatör så bör du ha vilja och förmåga till samarbete, ha ett kvalitetstänk, gilla att lösa problem samt ha förmågan att vara flexibel och anpassningsbar.

Krav är att du har vana från liknande arbetsuppgifter samt att du är van att använda IT-system och har bra datorkunskaper. Du kommeratt arbeta i team bestående av materialhanterare och maskinoperatörer och vi ser därför gärna att du har erfarenhet från tidigare med att arbeta i grupp.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK POSITION
Account manager is known in Enics structure as a CFT leader (Customer Focus Team Leader). Responsibilities of CFT´s :

Manages the day to day operation toward the customers
Manages, coaches and train the crossfunctional team within the BU concerning the working in the CFT (functions are responsible to ensure the necessary competence levels of the CFT members)
Build relationships with the customers’ ordering units, managing and fulfilling their expectations
Set targets to the CFT, follow up, draft and implement corrective actions when needed
Implement customers’ agreements and processes
Is responsible for managing the Costing process for the assigned RFQ
Is responsible for providing updated costs (material, logistics and value add) for price updates and cost reduction projects

POPIS PRACOVNEJ POZÍCIE
• správa a implementácia produktov, ktoré žiada zákazník vyrábať v ktoromkoľvek výrobnom závode Enics od prototypov, až po ukončenie životného cyklu produktu
• spravuje kusovníky daných produktov, ktoré pozostávajú z elektronických/polovodičových komponentov a mechanických komponentov
• definuje správne objednávacie číslo z dátového listu vhodné pre výrobu produktu
• pri implementácii produktu podľa technických požiadaviek zákazníka prihliada na environmentálne nariadenia, ako je RoHS (Restricted of Hazardous Substance), REACH (SVHC-Substance of high concern), Conflict Minerals a iné
• spolupracuje počas fázy naceňovania nového produktu v rámci procesu, kde sa spoločnosť Enics uchádza o výrobu daného produktu ako technická podpora Enics teamu
• ďalšou úlohou je tzv. Life cycle analyze produktu (identifikácia komponentov, ktoré sa blížia ku koncu životnosti na trhu s komponentami). V tejto fáze bude jeho úlohou poskytnutie adekvátnej náhrady za komponent, ktorý sa stáva nedostupným na trhu z dôvodu konca svoje životnosti
• vykonáva analýzy produktov na úrovni komponentov, či sú v súlade s environmentálnym nariadením daného trhu

    Each day begins with an overview of the pending orders and setting priorities. Since I’m an IPC and repair specialist, every day is different: for example, I’m working on prototypes, making various repair orders or work in assembly. The rotating shift schedule makes my work very varied.

    What do you like about working at Enics?
    I appreciate that I always have varied tasks and the possibility to attend trainings to develop myself in my job. This also gives me new opportunities within my department. Furthermore, we have an open feedback culture and I can bring in my personal opinions and exchange them with my colleagues and superiors. Since I’m experienced, I train new employees and I like sharing my know-how and experience.

    I have been working for Enics for 26 years so the company feels like a second home. We have a good working atmosphere and I like going to work every day.       What is your daily job like?
      My daily job is mostly a day full of surprises spiced up with some of the routine reports and tasks that need to be done. Usually I have a thousand ideas in my head about what can be changed and made better. I`ve already started implementing some of my plans and my daily work is mostly drawing up the plans I started and searching for potential partners whose help I need to carry out the plans. My cooperation partners are my colleagues from Elva and other Enics factories. I have had a great deal of help from Poseidon Global Process Owners. Also, there is a lot of communication to support other colleagues. With regard to the internal movements of people, I´m currently working on the processes and teaching others.

      What do you like about working at Enics?
      I like my colleagues, the management culture of Enics’s Elva factory, and the attitude of the company's employees. I love that I get to have a say and develop areas, even in those not directly related to the fields I’m working on. After 9 years of working in this company I must say that I still have a sparkle in my eyes. I love my work!

        What is your favorite Enics value & what does it mean to you?
        Values create a complex: Customer, Respect, Responsibility, Success, Innovation. Each of them creates a Company culture and is a good base for our good business results.
        From the position of the person responsible for finance/control, I would like to highlight CUSTOMER values with a focus on building long-term partnerships. I believe that a customer who is satisfied with the services provided is willing to pay for them and increase the volume of business or bring in new projects.
        But my favorite term is INTERNAL Customer. For Finance in the BU it is the group and management team who require on-time and accurate reporting, CFT leaders who require analysis of KPIs at the account level, and I have to add that Finance is also an Internal CUSTOMER for our colleagues.

        What is your daily job like?
        To manage and maintain finance and control on the BU level.
        Besides reporting and analyzing KPIs, keeping fixed costs under control and managing cash flow, we have to fulfill our legal requirements and communicate with financial institutions (banks/factors /insurance/financial auditors/tax office…).
        The quality of the data and accounting is key to our work, and I am very proud that we have put together a very motivated and professional Finance team in Nova Dubnica.

        I like that my job at Enics offers me self-realization and I have a chance to work with professionals from different countries and learn from them.

                From the position of the person responsible for finance/control, I would like to highlight CUSTOMER values with a focus on building long-term partnerships. I believe that a customer who is satisfied with the services provided is willing to pay for them and increase the volume of business or bring in new projects.
                But my favorite term is INTERNAL Customer. For Finance in the BU it is the group and management team who require on-time and accurate reporting, CFT leaders who require analysis of KPIs at the account level, and I have to add that Finance is also an Internal CUSTOMER for our colleagues.

                What is your daily job like?
                To manage and maintain finance and control on the BU level.
                Besides reporting and analyzing KPIs, keeping fixed costs under control and managing cash flow, we have to fulfill our legal requirements and communicate with financial institutions (banks/factors /insurance/financial auditors/tax office…).
                The quality of the data and accounting is key to our work, and I am very proud that we have put together a very motivated and professional Finance team in Nova Dubnica.
