He is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven success in all aspects of operational excellence. He started his lean journey in 2001 and has worked in different cultures in Europe, Asia and Americas.

    Chief Economist of the State Information Center of China (SIC) and Director of the Department of Economic Forecasting of SIC.

    Mr Fan has long engaged in macro-economic studies within the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) system. His achievements in studies in macro-economic policies and mid- to long-term development strategies have had great influence in the academic circle and policy-making departments, and have earned him several Prizes for Progress in Science and Technology awarded by the NDRC.
