Enics Switzerland discloses consultation procedure for planned personnel reductions

Enics Switzerland, an established top-technology partner for the development, production and maintenance of industrial and medical electronics, has disclosed the consultation procedure for planned personnel reductions of 25 persons as of January 22, 2014.

Thereby, the company based in Turgi (canton Aargau) is reacting to the changing market environment and is planning to adapt its structures to the current market trend in order to secure its medium and long-term competitive capacity. The term for the consultation expires on February 13, 2014.

“We are observing that similar adjustments have already been made in the market. Nevertheless, the implementation of these planned measures would be a painful step for us”, says Sabina Romagnolo, General Manager Enics Switzerland. She adds: “Impartial to these plans, we will continue to build on our strengths – these being our established services in the complete Life Cycle Management of complex industrial and medical electronics with a large variety in small and medium lot sizes. I am convinced that we can continue to offer our customers an additional benefit by providing them with ‹Swissness› combined with direct access to an international network.”
